BMC-About

Companies experiencing cash flow problems have usually already stretched their suppliers as far as they can to carry their earnings short fall.

This puts the buyers, purchasing management, CFO, and often the owner into confrontational situations they are not trained or equipped to handle.

Convincing suppliers that it is in their best interest to support a troubled company by continuing or increasing credit at a time they instinctively want to pull back takes experience and confidence. We have danced this dance before and can provide expertise and leadership in an advisory or direct participatory role.

We assist by outlining how to manage the overall process, help set guidelines for which and when a particular vendor gets paid, put together creative repayment plans, renegotiate credit lines, and facilitate critical communications between the company and its suppliers.
