Each of our principals has 20+ years of executive leadership and has personally navigated numerous
companies through periods of growth and challenge.
While we engage in many types of assignments, our areas of specialty are improving underperforming businesses, acquisitions and absorptions, and facilitating business succession; whether the succession takes the form of a sale or a recapitalization.
We often serve as advisors, but will also assume an active executive role on an interim or part time basis to provide direct leadership in formulating strategy and executing improvements.
