Each of us have 20-30 years of executive leadership and have personally navigated companies through periods of growth and challenging downturn. Most of us are also entrepreneurs who have experienced first-hand the challenges and rewards of business ownership.
We also have come to a point in our lives where personal freedom and flexibility have become a priority and providing executive assistance to other entrepreneurs allows us to utilize our skills in a highly rewarding yet personally flexible outlet.
We often serve as advisors, but will also assume an active executive role on a part time basis to provide direct leadership in formulating strategy and executing improvements.
